Don’t give up, your time will come

Introduction

We live in an era where we want things instantly. There is nothing wrong with this desire, but we must be very careful because sometimes we end up making the wrong decisions simply because we want quick results. Of course, there are some things that you do that will result in instant result but there are also some events and circumstances in your life that require you to be patient.

I don’t know what you are going through, but I know whatever you are going through is just temporary and if you do the right thing, your time will come when you get what you desire.

Do your thing

Being patient does not mean you just be idle and don’t do anything. Everybody has needs and whatever your needs are, I encourage you to pursue them. However, recognize that there may be a delay in getting the desired results. Therefore, don’t ever mix up patience with procrastination.

Be patient

I know many of you have been praying for something and you feel like giving up because it is taking to long. I want you to remember the story about Job who encountered suffering and lost almost everything he had but he remained patient and God restored him.

I know some of you have a business and you are struggling. In fact, it reaches point where you want to close it. If you believe that this business is what you were called to do, be patient. Review your strategy, promote your business, always pray over your business and eventually your business will prosper. Don’t lie, cheat, or become greedy in your business so you can make more money. The truth will eventually come out so be patient.

Some of you are lonely and you want to have a solid relationship. Make your requests known to God. However, don’t rush in a relationship with someone just because you want to be in a relationship. Learn to be patient and you will get your desire.

Some of you are disappointed in how your children. One thing I will say is do not turn your back on your children and do not stop praying for them. Be patient, your children will turn around. I know sometimes you see other children doing so well and you wonder what happen to your children. You need to stop comparing your children to others. Some of you children may experience failures in life but it does not mean it is the end of their lives. Be patient, pray and believe that your children will be successful.

Some of you are faced with diseases and you have been praying for years for good health and you don’t see any changes. As a result, you give up. Eat healthy, follow the instructions from the doctor and wait and see how your health will be restored. Be patient. Stop focusing on the symptoms.

Conclusion

To be patient, requires you to have faith. Therefore, activate your faith. To be patient, also requires you to have self-control. You see if you don’t have any self-control, you may take short cuts and act prematurely resulting in negative outcomes. To be patient means you should not give up. I know many of you are wondering how long you must wait. I don’t know the answer, but I do know we must learn to be patient.
