If you don’t start, you will not reach
As we approach the end of 2021, many of you are perhaps living with regrets possibly because the goals you set at the beginning of the year did not come to fruition. While you may not have achieved those goals in 2021, it is not too late to achieve your goals except it may be in 2022. However the point I am trying to make is that it is not too late.
Some of you are matured in age or should I say “old” and you feel like it is too late to start that business or earn that college degree, or to start a family. It is not too late.
Some of you have experience failures after failures and you feel like it is too late to try again. It is not too late. No matter how many times you failed, keep trying because eventually you will succeed.
Some of you are faced with all major illnesses and you think it is too late to be healed. It is not too late.
Some of you are faced with other issues and because you have been struggling with these issues so long, you feel like it is too late to get out of these issues.
The world is faced with chain supply crisis and climate crisis but it is not too late to turn around these crisis.
No matter what the situation is, it is not too late. It only becomes late if you don’t start.
Start now
All of us have been given an amount of time to live on this earth and the fact that we are still alive means it is not too late. We do not know how much time we have left and so we need to stop procrastinating and start now. Start one step by step until you get to the place you want to be but if you don’t start, you will not reach. You can start by setting some realistic goals and then putting those goals into an action plan. Whenever you start, always believe you can do it.
Don’t let your age deter you
No matter how old you are, it is not too late. Older folks are going to University getting their degree for the first time. Some older folders are becoming parents for the first time. Some older folders have found love and are getting married. Some older folks are starting new businesses. Some older folks are just discovering their purpose and are pursuing it. Do not let your age deter you. It is never too late.
You can change
Many people will tell you that you cannot change because you are set in your ways or you have inherited the curses of your fathers and grandfathers. While this may be true, it is never too late. Once you recognize your issues, find ways and means to change. Other people have have changed and so can you.
Conclusion
Perhaps you may think it is too late because you are doing the same thing repeatedly and nothing has change. The fact is, if you are doing the same thing, you will get the same results. Therefore, I challenge all of us to do something different so that you can get different results. When you get different results, I believe you will come to the conclusion, it is not too late.
